HPS services in England - Patient Charter (Version 3) January 2024

The charter provides patients with information on Home Parenteral Support (HPS) outlined within the framework – ‘The Home Parenteral Support Services in England Patients Charter Version 3’, January 2024.

It includes what the those on home parenteral support in England can expect from the service and explains their rights and responsibilities, in line with the NHS constitution principles.
 
It is sent to patients by their homecare company. The charter must be issued as an A4 document, it cannot be amended or reformatted by the homecare company.
