The Tracy Hill Patient Champion Award shines a spotlight on the incredible individuals who go above and beyond to support people living with Home Artificial Nutrition (HAN). This year, we’re proud to present two special award categories, recognising both exceptional professionals and the extraordinary carers who make a life-changing difference every day.

Whether offering clinical expertise, emotional support, or unwavering day‑to‑day care, these champions help people navigate the challenges of HAN.

Award Categories

✨ Professional Award - An individual healthcare professional, team or HAN company who have gone above and beyond to support or advocate for someone living with or adjusting to HAN.
