Time to nominate for The Tracy Hill Patient Champion Award 2025.
 
This year we are announcing 2 awards for The Tracy Hill Patient Champion Award.

1st Award:
  • For an individual/team/company who have demonstrated that they have gone above and beyond to support or advocate for you/your loved one, as someone living with intravenous or enteral feeding (Home artificial nutrition)
Award criteria You must clearly demonstrate how an individual/team/company has championed the cause of an individual or group of people working towards their personal goals and ambitions. A person/team/company who have gone the extra mile!

2nd Award:
  • For an individual/company/service that you feel has gone above and beyond, giving serious consideration to support and reducing the impact of wastage and sustainability for you or your loved one related to home artificial nutrition.
Award criteria You must clearly demonstrate that they have made a considerable contribution to reduce unnecessary waste relating to home artificial nutrition. They may also have introduced a new process, packaging or information resource which reduces the need for the excessive use of paper, plastic, tapes or packaging.

'Certificates of Recognition' may be awarded on the recommendations of the judging panel in both categories.

Who can submit a nomination for each award?

· Anyone who believes they have a suitable candidate(s).
· You can self-nominate.
· PINNT members and non-members.

Who can be nominated?

Those who meet the criteria. A family member(s), a friend(s), an individual healthcare professional (hospital or community based), a carer (paid or unpaid), a clinical team, a homecare nurse/employee, homecare supplier, anyone who is part of your support network who has made a difference - the list is endless...

Terms and conditions

- You can submit more than one nomination for different candidates.
- You may nominate in one or both categories.
- All nominations will be viewed equally.
- An independent panel will review the nominations.
- The awards will be announced on Monday 29th September 2025.
- There is no cash alternative.
- The panel’s decision will be final.
