Are you over 18 years old and currently receiving home parenteral nutrition (HPN)?
 

If you have HPN you may have received a survey via your own nutrition team or unit. The opportunity is now open to anyone who would like to contribute to a vital piece of research. It should only take a few minutes to complete.
