Do you usually receive PosiFlushes from your homecare company?
 
If you do, please be aware that this product may be replaced with a different brand.

While the ingredients will be the same, the product itself may look different.

Anyone receiving replacement products should be notified in advance.

Your unit/nutrition team should also have been notified.

If you have any issues or concerns with a replacement product, please contact both your unit/nutrition team and your homecare company.
