In the Winter edition of Online we included a short survey on behalf of LITRE (Looking Into The Requirements for Equipment).
Hopefully it will not take you too long to complete. If you are unable to do it yourself please ask a family member or friend to do it on your behalf. If you want to add extra comments please do so on the reverse of the sheet or on extra paper.
We are receiving more and more queries about the aspects covered and want to determine exactly what is happening in relation to your own homecare.
