Error during mailing with updates on FAQs in relation to Calea PN supply issue
05/02/2020

Firstly we are pleased that there is an update to the FAQ’s that are supporting those affected by the Calea PN supply issue:
https://improvement.nhs.uk/calea
During the preparation of the next letter by Calea regarding the FAQ’s on the NHS Website an error occured during the mail merge, this was noticed once they had been posted. The first line of the address slipped down, so part of the address and/or the name on the letter you received is likely to have been incorrect.
Calea have told the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and the NHS about their mistake.

What happens now?
- An apology letter is being sent out by Calea. This will provide a full explanation and direct you to who you can contact if you have concerns or questions.
- If using social media, we suggest you do not share any part of addresses in order to protect people, some pages are not governed by administrators.
- If you wish to contact the ICO directly once you’ve received the apology letter, you can ring them on 0303 123 1113.
