Caravan Holiday

Due to the limited availability and impending dates the application process is now closed.

A very generous person would like to offer the free use of their caravan that is situated on the Parkdean Looe Bay Holiday Park, Cornwall, to a PINNT member who could really benefit from a holiday.

We have three holidays to offer during 2014, the available dates are:

11/10/2014

The caravan is 3 bedroom and is gas centrally heated and double glazed. The caravan is also fully insured. The week holiday is free of charge (includes gas, electric and beds made up for their arrival) and Parkdean will be happy to accept delivery of medical equipment. Travel, living costs and entertainment etc are not included.

These weeks are available for people who would really appreciate a holiday who otherwise may not be able to.

So how do you apply?

Please contact us info@pinnt.com or by writing to PINNT, PO Box 3126, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 2XS and provide the following information:

· Who is on artificial feeding (please include PINNT membership number)
· TPN (HPN) / HEN (enteral tube feeding)
· Age
· Please tell us why a holiday would mean so much.
· Provide an additional contact so someone may be able to support your application.
